These Terms and Conditions govern your use of banjarihimachaltours.com and any Himachal Pradesh tour package booked through Banjari Himachal Tours. By enquiring about, booking, or travelling on a package with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Process
A booking is confirmed only once we receive your advance payment and send you a written confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Enquiries, quotes, and verbal discussions do not count as a confirmed booking. We recommend confirming your booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance during peak season (May-June and December-January) to secure hotel and vehicle availability.
2. Payment Terms

Exact advance and balance amounts vary by package, season, and group size, and will always be confirmed with you in writing before you pay. We accept payment through the methods shared by our team at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because hotels, drivers, and local partners are booked in advance on your behalf, cancellations closer to your travel date carry a higher cost. Our standard cancellation terms are:

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
4. Itinerary Changes
We plan every itinerary around realistic road and weather conditions, but Himalayan travel can be unpredictable. We reserve the right to modify your itinerary, route, or overnight stay if required due to:
- Road closures, landslides, or weather conditions
- Government restrictions or local authority orders
- Vehicle breakdown or driver safety concerns
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a comparable alternative and will keep you informed throughout. Any additional costs arising from traveller-requested changes (extra sightseeing, extended stay, upgraded hotel) will be communicated and charged separately.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
To help your trip go smoothly, please ensure:
- All travellers carry a valid government-issued photo ID for hotel check-ins
- You share accurate travel dates, group size, and any medical conditions relevant to high-altitude travel (such as for Spiti or Kinnaur) at the time of booking
- You follow local customs and any specific rules at religious sites or restricted villages (such as Malana)
- You report any issue with hotel, vehicle, or driver to our support team as soon as it arises, so we can resolve it during the trip itself
6. Our Liability
Banjari Himachal Tours acts as a facilitator, coordinating hotels, transport, and local guides on your behalf. While we carefully select and verify our partners, we are not liable for:
- Delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party service providers
- Personal injury, illness, or loss of belongings during the trip, except where directly caused by our proven negligence
- Changes to government permit rules, entry fees, or tolls announced after your booking is confirmed
We strongly recommend travellers arrange their own travel insurance, particularly for high-altitude routes such as Spiti Valley.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to deliver any part of your trip due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, landslides, extreme weather, government-imposed travel restrictions, strikes, or road closures. In such situations, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the itinerary wherever possible.
8. Pricing
Package prices displayed on our website are per person, based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change based on season, hotel availability, and fuel costs. The price confirmed in your written booking confirmation is the price that applies to your trip, regardless of later changes to the listed website price.
9. Website Content and Use
All content on this website, including text, photographs, itineraries, and package descriptions, is the property of Banjari Himachal Tours unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You agree to use this website only for genuine travel planning purposes.
